Welcome to eFounders (“eFounders SA”, “EF Paris SAS”, “we”, “us” and “our”) website
https://www.hexa.cc (the “Website”). We build the future of work: since 2011, we build businesses that
create the tools of tomorrow and inspire new ways of working.
By accessing and using the Website, you agree to the terms of our privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”).
2 — Purpose of the Privacy Policy
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you of the type of personal data we collect when you
use our Website, why we collect the data, how it is used and your rights and choices. If you do not

When you interact with eFounders through the Website, we automatically collect information about you

information that your browser automatically sends whenever you visit the Website. This log data

We may also collect your email address, as well as your full name, your LinkedIn profile, the company
in which your work and your team department, and the content of the email you send us.

We collect Personal Data for the following purposes:
• To better understand how visitors interact with our Website and ensure that our Website is
presented in the most effective manner for you, and as part of our efforts to keep our Website,
network and information systems secure (legal basis: our legitimate interests).

6 — Disclosure of personal data
Personnel, Service Providers. Only our personnel, service providers and trusted third-party
applications have access to your Personal Data. These parties include hosting, back-up and other IT
services providers, website analytics companies, providers of digital advertising services. We only
provide such parties with the information that they need to perform the services we have hired them to
provide.
7 — Data retention
eFounders may retain your Personal Data for up to three (3) years from the last contact using the
contact form, from a “click” in the newsletter or from the last test.
eFounders may retain your Personal Data for up to twelve (12) months when Personal Data has been
collected through cookies.

We take all necessary precautions, as well as appropriate organizational and technical measures, to
maintain the security, integrity and confidentiality of your Personal Data, and in particular to prevent it
